I have a passion for supporting women who face challenges in their relationships with themselves and others, parenting struggles, life stress and transitions as well as concerns around body image and disordered eating. I have experience working with women who experienced sexual or relational trauma and supporting the sometimes painful experience of healing.

I am an Internal Family Systems and trauma informed therapist. My therapeutic focus is on developing mindful awareness and peaceful relationships with yourself and others.
