Counselling for Women welcomes women aged 16+ for counselling psychotherapy.
All appointments must be booked either by the client or in the presence of the client and with their collaboration; this includes appointments booked by or for minor children, ages 16 and 17.
All appointments are subject to our cancellation policy which requires 48 hours-notice of change or cancellation.

I’m Laura, a Registered Psychotherapist, trained in Internal Family Systems and EMDR, serving women ages 18-75.
I have a passion for supporting women facing challenges in their relationships with themselves and others - whether that is in parenting struggles, relationship challenges, or body image and binge eating. I work with women who have experienced trauma, either as children or adults as they work through the sometimes painful experience of healing.
My focus is to help you find your own internal resources to create peaceful relationships with yourself and others.
